Financial Highlights In accordance with IFRS Accounting Standards, the Company’s revenue reached RMB 2.78 trillion; Operating profit was RMB 48.608 billion; Profit attributable to shareholders of the Company was RMB 32.476 billion. Basic earnings per share were RMB 0.268. In accordance with CASs, net profit attributable to equity shareholders of the Company was RMB 31.809 billion. Basic earnings per share were RMB 0.262. Net cash generated from operating activities of the Company was RMB 162.5 billion, representing an increase of RMB13.1 billion year-on-year. The Company’s financial position remained stable. The Company’s oil and gas equivalent output and the profitability of the natural gas industrial chain hit record highs. Production of oil and gas in 2025 was 525.28 million barrels of oil equivalent, up by 1.9% year-on-year, natural gas production reached 1,456.6 billion cubic feet, up by 4.0% year-on-year. Refining segment processed 250 million tonnes of crude oil and produced 149 million tonnes of refined oil products, with jet fuel production up by 7.3% year-on-year. Business Review In 2025, China’s economy maintained stable growth, registering a GDP growth of 5.0% year-on-year. International crude oil prices fluctuated with a downward trend. Exploration and Production Segment In 2025, the Company strengthened high-quality exploration and profitable development, and achieved new progress in reserve and production growth with oil and gas equivalent output reaching a record high. Innovation in R&D and Digital Intelligence In 2025, the Company intensified efforts in innovation with breakthroughs achieved in R&D and digital intelligence. In terms of R&D, the differential cube development technology for shale oil in continental rift basins supported the cost-effective development of shale oil. Heterogeneous composite flooding technology was applied to various reservoirs with high salinity and high calcium-magnesium content. 業績摘要 按照國際財務報告會計準則,公司實現營業收入爲人民幣2.78萬億元;經營收益人民幣486.08億元;本公司股東應佔利潤爲人民幣324.76億元;每股基本盈利人民幣0.268元。按照中國企業會計準則,歸屬於母公司股東的淨利潤爲人民幣318.09億元;基本每股收益爲人民幣0.262元。公司實現經營活動現金流入人民幣1,625億元,同比增加人民幣131億元,財務狀况保持穩健。 境內市場,本集團深耕戰略客戶,強化一體化推介,以整體解決方案持續提升市場份額。在穩固傳統業務核心優勢的同時,持續拓展新技術、新材料、新能源等業務。本報告期內,境內新簽代表性合同包括中國石化茂名乙烯項目EPC總承包合同,合同金額總計約為人民幣118.21億元;中國石化洛陽百萬噸乙烯項目(「洛陽乙烯項目」)EPC總承包合同,合同金額總計約為人民幣65.53億元;陝煤榆林化學1500萬噸╱ 年煤炭分質清潔高效轉化示範項目(「陝煤榆林煤化工項目」)EPC總承包合同,合同金額總計約為人民幣27.72億元;國能神華包頭煤製烯烴升級示範項目MTO及烯烴分離裝置(「神華包頭MTO」)EPC總承包合同,合同金額總計約為人民幣23.67億元。 本報告期內,本集團持續加大開放合作。與中廣核、青島安工院、廣東工業大學簽訂3項戰略合作協議,與中科院相關院所和清華大學、北京化工大學等20家科研院校組織技術交流,在羰基合成、PEEK、新型電解槽、綠色化工、節能降碳、CCUS等多個創新領域展開深度合作。與NEXANT、SABIC、ADNOC、SOCAR、TR等公司探索技術開發與合作,推動公司優勢技術走向海外市場。成功承辦第十二屆世界化學工程大會暨第21屆亞太化工聯盟大會,第12分會場- 流程工業創新與過程系統工程再造分會,聚焦智能製造、數字化賦能、綠色低碳發展等主題,吸引全球化工領域近200名專家學者、企業代表和行業精英參會,共同探索行業科技創新與高質量發展的新路徑。 本報告期內,本集團獲省部級及以上各類科技進步類獎項共37項(次)。 本報告期內,本集團主要科技攻關成果:(1)茂名乙烯基彈性體關鍵技術開發及示範項目成功產出合格產品。該裝置已完成滿負荷標定,指標均優於設計指標。(2)鎮海聚丙烯釜內合金成套技術開發一次投料試車成功。(3)脫油瀝青氣化成套技術開發和應用,全部技術指標達到設計目標。(4)海南煉化PBST可降解材料工業化成套技術開發與示範項目順利打通全流程,產出合格產品。(5)青島順酐加氫法制丁二酸裝置已產出合格丁二酸酐產品,裝置運行穩定。 本報告期內,本集團新簽各類技術開發合同309項,合同額合計達人民幣5.32億元;新簽技術許可和技術轉化類合同138項,合同額合計為人民幣4.81億元。 本報告期內,本集團新增專利申請762件,其中發明專利583件;新增授權專利307件,其中發明專利174件。截至本報告期末,本集團有效專利數為4,580件,其中發明專利2,440件。 引領工程建設行業新型工業化 本集團系統推動工程建設模式革新,積極推動先進技術裝備應用,逐步改進傳統工程建設方式,實現從傳統模式到「標準精益設計+工廠化智造+裝配化安裝」的轉變,走出一條具有工程建設行業特色的新型工業化道路。 強化全產業鏈一體化協同能力。深化一體化協同設計、一體化供應鏈管理、一體化設計可施工性研究、一體化項目界面管理。強化全域業務鏈流程標準化、數據鏈互聯互通及工具鏈AI應用,優化工程建設一體化協同工作機制,為客戶提供更好的全生命周期一體化協同增值服務。 華通金融攜手清華大學共建AI與金融科技聯合實驗室
